In this phase, a detailed technical analysis of the current state of the system/plant is carried out. Operational data is collected, existing critical issues are identified and revamping objectives are defined based on technical, regulatory or production needs.

Based on the identified critical issues and defined objectives, a technical intervention proposal is developed. This may include replacement, modernization or integration of new components, focusing on efficiency, reliability and safety.

A detailed operational plan is drawn up, including schedules, resources, scheduled technical shutdowns and safety management. The intervention is then carried out as planned, with constant technical supervision and verification of the correct installation of all components.

Revamping consists of the restructuring, improvement or upgrading of an existing tank, maintaining the main structure but replacing, repairing or integrating components to adapt it to new production or regulatory requirements.

Stainless steel furniture revamping consists of recovering, modifying or upgrading existing tables, shelving, cabinets, sinks or counters to adapt them to new operational, regulatory or layout requirements.
What types of interventions can be carried out?
Possible interventions include: replacement of damaged worktops or surfaces, polishing, satin finishing or anti-rust treatment, addition of wheels, adjustable feet or accessories, custom adaptations (e.g. holes for cable passages, recesses, sinks), and aesthetic upgrades for visible environments.
